Sports Premium

The PE and Sports Funding is a government grant designed to help primary schools improve the quality of the PE and sport activities they offer their pupils. The premium must be used to fund additional and sustainable improvements to the provision of PE and sport, for the benefit of primary-aged pupils, to encourage the development of healthy, active lifestyles.

2024-25 swimming data:

76% of our Y6 cohort can

• Swim competently, confidently and proficiently over a distance of at least 25 metres
• Use a range of strokes effectively
• Perform safe self-rescue in different water-based situations
